Type the whole chimera (1 to 2 letters), it commits on its last letter. One wrong letter makes the chimera a miss, and each miss cancels a hit. Backspace erases one letter at a time, back into typed chimeras, which then no longer count, while one of the last 4 was wrong. N = 552 · 9.11 bits per hit
